Mountain Parkway McMiracle Ministries was established in hopes of bringing a message of love, hope, and meals to hungry children in Eastern Kentucky.
We are very excited and pleased to introduce our new charitable organization to you! We are James and Sonja Robinson, Christian partners serving our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our mission is to bring a message of love, hope, and meals for hungry and financially challenged families in the Appalachian Mountain area in Southeastern Kentucky. Mountain Parkway McMiracle Ministries supports after school closet food pantries at seven elementary schools, in Eastern Kentucky. In one of the most economically depressed regions in the United States, food pantries allow elementary school children, who need food, to be able go to the closet and take home a bag of food. These seven closet food pantries serve hungry children in Morgan and Wolfe counties. Additionally, in December, Mountain Parkway McMiracle Ministries provides financially challenged fifth grade children a bicycle, helmet, and a bible at a multi-cultural event. These children also take home a box filled with a complete Christmas dinner for their family to enjoy. We work closely with the the school district social workers to identify all recipients. We invite you to prayerfully consider becoming a partner with Mountain Parkway McMiracle Ministries. We pray God's richest blessings for you and your family!

To All of Our Friends, Supporters and Sponsors, I want to take this opportunity to thank Mountain Parkway McMiracle Ministries for your support during the 2015-16 school year. Your organization helped the resource center distribute over 800 weekend snack packs and 30 hygiene packages at East Valley and Wrigley elementary schools. With your funding, we also were able to provide over 664 snacks during school time for students without snacks. How could I end the year without mentioning the wonderful Christmas program which provided bicycles and food baskets for needy families! McMiracle Ministries have truly been a blessing to our community. We look forward to working with you on future endeavors. May God bless you and your families! Sincerely, Angie Ferguson Angela Ferguson, Coordinator WEVE Family Resource Center East Valley Elementary 606-522-8157 West Liberty Elementary 606-743-8357

Morgan Central Elementary School hosted the first annual Mountain Parkway McMiracle Ministries “Christmas in West Liberty” event on Saturday, December 5, 2015. President and co-founder of Mountain Parkway McMiracle Ministries, James (David) Robinson, says “73 fifth graders in Morgan County and Wolfe County Kentucky received a bicycle, a helmet, a backpack and the Holy Bible as early Christmas gifts from Mountain Parkway McMiracle Ministries. In addition, each family of a bicycle recipient received a complete food box to provide for their Christmas meal.” Mountain Parkway McMiracle Ministries is an organization that originates in Indianapolis, IN and assists in serving Morgan County and Wolfe County students in need. Mountain Parkway McMiracle Ministries was founded, for the purpose of bringing the message of hope, love, and food to hungry children through the love of Jesus Christ. In addition to the first annual “Christmas in West Liberty” event, the ministry has been providing food and hygiene items, throughout the school year, for closet pantries at seven elementary schools in Morgan and Wolfe counties. Mr. and Mrs. James (David) Robinson visited West Liberty, KY three years ago to witness the destruction and devastation left behind from the tornado that ripped through and leveled the town of West Liberty. They brought with them, volunteers, money, and tools to help the community begin to re-build. When the Robinson family returned back to Indiana they searched their hearts for a more useful purpose of serving the wonderful people of Eastern Kentucky. The Lord laid on their hearts a big idea and a ministry was born to serve families in a more meaningful way. The ministry was designed to begin working with the school systems to help provide food to children, with an after-school closet pantry, and to start the Mountain Parkway McMiracle Ministries bicycle giveaway program. The bicycle giveaway program was inspired by a husband and wife in Indianapolis, Indiana, Reginald and Tracy Jones, owners of a chain of McDonald restaurants in the Indianapolis area. The Jones family founded the annual “McMiracle on 38th Street” event, which began in 1995 at a McDonalds restaurant located on 38th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Jones’ began by giving away four bicycles to deserving, financially challenged children at Christmas. Last year, The Jones family was able to give away 1,200 bicycles, all because of the funds raised and resources donated by a caring community and cheerful givers. “The first annual ‘Christmas in West Liberty’ would not have been possible without the help of all our supporters, sponsors and countless volunteers from Morgan and Wolfe counties, Kentucky, as well as in Indianapolis, IN.”
